WHM Empowered & Protected Workshop

A day of celebrating the Power of women through a self defense class led by Jasmin Guzman, an all women's industry expert panel, tea ceremony, delicious bites and meaningful connections.

We will begin promptly at 10am with a opening tea ceremony followed by a 75 min self defense class led by Jasmin Guzman. We will then have a smoothie making demo from @Bloom and bites from Senoreata & finish off with a powerful panel discussion!

Attire:

Comfortable clothing for self defense class.

What to bring: Notebook, pen, water and open heart
