  • No you do not. This is meant to be accessible to all. Just grab a pair of dumbells or kettlebells and a mat.

  • The call to wellness will go live on Feb 26th. You will see everything on your dashboard that day.

  • This is meant for all! No studio membership needed.

  • Please check with a doctor first for clearance. Move at your own pace. Everything is modifiable.

  • The series begins on February 26th and ends March 23rd. It is a structured program geared to ease you into establishing a wellness routine that works for you before the next phase.

  • As of right now, this is on a “pay per program basis” so you can check in as you please. No restrictions!

  • Think of this as our digital wellness hub. The other app is our studio wellness.
