Challenge Guidelines: 


- Show up for yourself daily 

- MUST Connect with online private community daily 

- Post on social media + tag us @babesofwellness when you feel called to (3x/week minimum)

- Vulnerability with self 

- weekly check in with accountability sister

What I will need:

- Dumbells (5lbs, 10lbs)

- Jump Rope 

- Resistance bands (if no weights available)

- Yoga Mat
